Your initial session begins with a consultation that includes a postural assessment and an introductory Pilates session.
Following the initial assessment, your ongoing private sessions will include a personalised program where you are given direct feedback during the class so you can focus on improving your technique.
Jessie is passionate about helping people and specialises in correcting overcompensatory patterns through postural and rehabilitation exercises.
