Remedial Therapy

MASSAGE THERAPY IN CROWS NEST & SYDNEY'S CBD

Jessie of Mind Body Method is an experienced remedial massage therapist and offers 60 or 90 minute appointments in Crows Nest and Sydney’s CBD.

We often suffer from work, activity or sports related injuries that cause pain often resulting in postural imbalances, muscle weakness and chronic pain.

Remedial therapy is suitable for acute and chronic injuries, pain management and stress relief, and may require ongoing treatment.

Jessie's approach to remedial therapy is to review your medical history, assess your posture, then provide treatment and reassessment.

Each treatment aims to relieve acute and chronic injuries using remedial specific techniques, cupping, soft tissue manipulation, postural correction and rehabilitation exercises.

You will also be given techniques to help manage your aches and pains in between appointments.

Mind Body Method understands people have busy lifestyles and offers sessions before, during and after work hours.

WHAT IS
REMEDIAL THERAPY?

Remedial massage is a natural therapy that takes a systematic approach to assessment and treatment of soft tissue to assist in rehabilitation, pain and injury management.

Remedial therapists are well educated in anatomy, physiology and pathology. This insight helps remedy muscle tension, muscular imbalances and correct posture effectively.
